Any orders placed with DJLightingDiscount.com will be processed exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions of sale. Your usage of our website to purchase products and/or services from DJLightingDiscount.com implies your agreement to these terms and conditions as set out below, unless expressly varied in writing by a director of DJLightingDiscount.com on behalf of the company. Usage of the website in general is governed by our terms of usage and privacy policy which are available on our website.

General Information

DJLightingDiscount.com is a solely operated company to which we do not belong to any trade organisations, professional bodies or supervisory authorities, nor do we subscribe to any specific codes of conduct.

Definition of Terms

Goods refers to any product or service provided by DJLightingDiscount.com to the purchaser.
Customer, client, purchaser or ‘you’ refer to the person entering into a contract to purchase goods from DJLightingDiscount.com.
Us; we; our; or ‘The Company’ refer to DJLightingDiscount.com, it’s website and its parent company.

Ordering From DJLightingDiscount.com

Notwithstanding a detailed quotation provided by DJLightingDiscount.com, no order shall be binding on DJLightingDiscount.com unless and until it has been accepted in writing, either physically or electronically, by DJLightingDiscount.com.

Any times or dates given for completion or delivery of goods shall be binding on DJLightingDiscount.com. Such liability shall not extend to delays beyond the control of DJLightingDiscount.com including but not limited to,failure by shippers to collect or deliver, unavoidable problems within the production process, or inability to contact the client.

By their nature goods do not have a redeemable value and no refunds or credits for goods correctly supplied will be accepted.

Customer Service

DJLightingDiscount.com endeavours to provide service to customers on a minimum 5 day per week basis, except in; cases outside of the control of DJLightingDiscount.com, national holidays, staff shortages, unavailability of telecoms and/or computer systems.

DJLightingDiscount.com endeavours to reply to all emails within one working day. However, should this target not be met, no liability shall be imposed on DJLightingDiscount.com unless explicitly advised otherwise by a nominated representative of DJLightingDiscount.com.

Payment

All goods shall be paid for at the time of order via the DJLightingDiscount.com website.
No orders shall be sent for dispatch until full payment has been received and acknowledged.
Orders made via Bacs or other electronic means, shall be “live” up until 5 working days after the order has been placed.
Failure to have the relevant funds transfered into our account by this time, will result in your order being canceled and futher orders will be strictly made via some other means (i.e Paypal or other “instant” payment method)
Credit facilities are not offered by DJLightingDiscount.com at this time.

Quality & Liability

Any shortcomings or defects in goods supplied must be made known to DJLightingDiscount.com within 3 working days of delivery. 3 working days are measured from the delivery time supplied by the courier. Any such goods must be returned to DJLightingDiscount.com (at the cost of the purchaser) for inspection before any corrective action may be taken.

Nothing herein shall impose any liability upon DJLightingDiscount.com in respect of any defect in the goods arising out of the acts, omissions, negligence or default of the purchaser, its servants or agents including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing handling and storage of the goods.

DJLightingDiscount.com shall not be liable for any costs, claims or damage arising out of any act of tort or omission or breach of contract or statutory duty calculated by reference to profits, income production or accruals or loss of such profits, income production or accruals or by reference to accrual of such, claim, damages or expenses on a time basis.

The liability of DJLightingDiscount.com to the purchaser for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused shall be limited to and in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods.

If the purchaser shall be in breach of any of their obligations under this contract, DJLightingDiscount.com may (without prejudice to DJLightingDiscount.com’s rights subsequently to determine the contract for the same cause should it so decide) suspend further deliveries of goods without notice until any defaults by the purchaser are remedied.

Cancellation of Orders

If the purchaser has paid by Credit or Debit Card, we reserve the right to not refund any processing charges we have incurred via the payment gateway used.

We reserve the right to consider any manufacturing costs or refuse a refund if an order has already entered production (if the item has been on back order).

The order status supplied to customers is not necessarily a guarantee of the ‘live’ status of their order and advice should be sought by the purchaser directly from DJLightingDiscount.com when choosing to cancel an order.

Changes to Orders

Changes to order details may result in additional charges being required, to be paid before shipment of the final order.

Delivery of Goods

It is the sole responsibility of the client to enter the correct delivery address in the delivery address fields at the time of placing the order and no liability can be held by DJLightingDiscount.com if entered incorrectly.

If goods are returned to us as a result of delivery failure we reserve the right to charge the customer for a further delivery, and any additional processing costs incurred by DJLightingDiscount.com.

Overall Terms & Jurisdiction

No statement, description, information, warranty or recommendation contained in any catalogue, price list, advertisement or communication or made verbally by any of the agents or employees of DJLightingDiscount.com shall be construed to enlarge, vary or override in any way these conditions.

Any concessions made or latitude allowed by DJLightingDiscount.com to the purchaser shall not affect the strict rights of DJLightingDiscount.com under the contract. If in any particular case any of these conditions shall be held to be invalid or shall not apply to the contract the other conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Restocking fee of 25% and up will be apply for any return, depending item condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as electronic boards (PCBs), Bulbs, LEDs, Batteries, etc cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that were opened. Parts, lamps and accessories are not returnable or refundable.

• Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
• The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@djlightingdiscount.com to create an RMA number. Do not ship anything back without an RMA number.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
