Terms And Conditions

Any orders placed with TL Pro will be processed exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions of sale. Your usage of our website to purchase products and/or services from TL Pro implies your agreement to these terms and conditions as set out below, unless expressly varied in writing by a director of TL Pro on behalf of the company. Usage of the website in general is governed by our terms of usage and privacy policy which are available on our website.

General Information

TL Pro is a solely operated company to which we do not belong to any trade organisations, professional bodies or supervisory authorities, nor do we subscribe to any specific codes of conduct.

Definition of Terms

Goods refers to any product or service provided by TL Pro to the purchaser.
 Customer, client, purchaser or ‘you’ refer to the person entering into a contract to purchase goods from TL Pro.
 Us; we; our; or ‘The Company’ refer to TL Pro, it’s website and its parent company.

Ordering From TL Pro

Notwithstanding a detailed quotation provided by TL Pro, no order shall be binding on TL Pro unless and until it has been accepted in writing, either physically or electronically, by TL Pro.

Any times or dates given for completion or delivery of goods shall be binding on TL Pro. Such liability shall not extend to delays beyond the control of TL Pro including but not limited to,  failure by shippers to collect or deliver, unavoidable problems within the production process, or inability to contact the client.

By their nature goods do not have a redeemable value and no refunds or credits for goods correctly supplied will be accepted.

Customer Service

TL Pro endeavours to provide service to customers on a minimum 5 day per week basis, except in; cases outside of the control of TL Pro, national holidays, staff shortages, unavailability of telecoms and/or computer systems.

TL Pro endeavours to reply to all emails within one working day. However, should this target not be met, no liability shall be imposed on TL Pro unless explicitly advised otherwise by a nominated representative of TL Pro.

Payment

All goods shall be paid for at the time of order via the TL Pro website.
 No orders shall be sent for dispatch until full payment has been received and acknowledged.
 Orders made via Bacs or other electronic means, shall be “live” up until 5 working days after the order has been placed.
 Failure to have the relevant funds transfered into our account by this time, will result in your order being canceled and futher orders will be strictly made via some other means (i.e Paypal or other “instant” payment method)
 Credit facilities are not offered by TL Pro at this time.

Quality & Liability

Any shortcomings or defects in goods supplied must be made known to TL Pro within 3 working days of delivery. 3 working days are measured from the delivery time supplied by the courier. Any such goods must be returned to TL Pro (at the cost of the purchaser) for inspection before any corrective action may be taken.

Nothing herein shall impose any liability upon TL Pro in respect of any defect in the goods arising out of the acts, omissions, negligence or default of the purchaser, its servants or agents including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing handling and storage of the goods.

TL Pro shall not be liable for any costs, claims or damage arising out of any act of tort or omission or breach of contract or statutory duty calculated by reference to profits, income production or accruals or loss of such profits, income production or accruals or by reference to accrual of such, claim, damages or expenses on a time basis.

The liability of TL Pro to the purchaser for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused shall be limited to and in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods.

If the purchaser shall be in breach of any of their obligations under this contract, TL Pro may (without prejudice to TL Pro’s rights subsequently to determine the contract for the same cause should it so decide) suspend further deliveries of goods without notice until any defaults by the purchaser are remedied.

Cancellation of Orders

If the purchaser has paid by Credit or Debit Card, we reserve the right to not refund any processing charges we have incurred via the payment gateway used.

We reserve the right to consider any manufacturing costs or refuse a refund if an order has already entered production (if the item has been on back order).

The order status supplied to customers is not necessarily a guarantee of the ‘live’ status of their order and advice should be sought by the purchaser directly from TL Pro when choosing to cancel an order.

Changes to Orders

Changes to order details may result in additional charges being required, to be paid before shipment of the final order.

Delivery of Goods

It is the sole responsibility of the client to enter the correct delivery address in the delivery address fields at the time of placing the order and no liability can be held by TL Pro if entered incorrectly.

If goods are returned to us as a result of delivery failure we reserve the right to charge the customer for a further delivery, and any additional processing costs incurred by TL Pro.

Overall Terms & Jurisdiction

No statement, description, information, warranty or recommendation contained in any catalogue, price list, advertisement or communication or made verbally by any of the agents or employees of TL Pro shall be construed to enlarge, vary or override in any way these conditions.

Any concessions made or latitude allowed by TL Pro to the purchaser shall not affect the strict rights of TL Pro under the contract. If in any particular case any of these conditions shall be held to be invalid or shall not apply to the contract the other conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Parts, lamps and accessories are not returnable or refundable.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@djlightingdiscount.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@djlightingdiscount.com and send your item to: 515 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ, 07013, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 515 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ, 07013, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
