Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
The final restocking fee may be higher depending on the condition of the returned item.
Restocking fees cover inspection, processing, repackaging, and restocking costs.

To qualify for a return:

Items that show signs of installation, use, damage, or modification will not be eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Returned items must be sent back for inspection before any corrective action is taken.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within several business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product, contact us to obtain an RMA number before returning the item.
Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
