ADJ Z-3005004060 arm-side cover for the Vizi Beam 12RX. This exterior panel is identified for the moving-head arm rather than the head or base enclosure.
Match the complete Z-prefix number, correct side, contour, finish, vents, tabs, screw locations, and internal clearance with the damaged cover. Keep wiring away from the panel edge, retain the proper fasteners, and move the arm carefully through its range after installation to detect interference.
Check that ventilation openings remain clear once every arm screw is tightened.
