Elation Z-FUSE/GMA-5A 5-amp GMA fuse for the Platinum Spot LED II. This page lists one fuse with the model and current value stated in the service record.
Check the removed fuse for matching voltage, physical size, and fast- or slow-acting behavior as well as the 5 A rating. Disconnect the fixture before access and inspect the holder for heat damage. If the same fuse fails repeatedly, troubleshoot the protected circuit instead of installing a larger value.
Keep the failed fuse for specification comparison until a correct replacement is installed.
