Match 50480890, the front position, contour, finish, vent openings, tabs, screw locations, and internal clearance with the original cover. Preserve undamaged fasteners, route cables away from panel edges, and move the head carefully through its full range after assembly to check for rubbing or interference.
The finished front panel should sit flush without blocking any cooling openings.
