Use 13201012 together with the full SmartMAC name, checking the removed part's dimensions, connectors, mounting features, and direction of installation. Do not treat a similar-looking Shaft f. wireset pan/tilt 25mm as equivalent unless its SmartMAC application and 13201012 details agree. Disconnect the SmartMAC from power and follow its documented service procedure before handling 13201012.
